We have approximately 80,000 thoughts per day. Studies have shown that 95% of these thoughts are the same as those we had yesterday, and those that we will have tomorrow. To change the thoughts that create your reality, you need to consciously explore them. In this way you can discover thought patterns and connections that could be hard to discover otherwise. One way of doing this is by writing your thoughts down.

So, what exactly is What's On Your Mind?

What's on your mind? is a 21 day journaling adventure in your own mind, with accountability.  This will help you to see your thoughts and to change them and the reality they create.

How What's On Your Mind? works

 

In this writing process you'll receive an email every day for 21 days with a different subject to write about each day. Preferably in the morning. You can set a timer on 10 minutes or you can write for longer. You will also be paired up with a journaling buddy for accountability. 

Become aware

Through this journaling process you will become aware of your thoughts and make visible for yourself what's holding you back.

How this came about

This is the one exercise that has helped me the most in my process of change. I first learned it from Anna Åberg with influences from the book '40 days of miracles', and now I have created my own version. Before I started this process, I had not been able to maintain a writing habit. I had tried with journals and thankfulness exercises, and it usually worked for about a week. I have been doing this exercise consistently for over a year and will continue doing it. It makes such a big difference for me and my clients that have gone trough it.  herefore I want to share it with you. Register today and let the mind adventure begin!
