Hi, I’m Frida Kabo
I’m a healer, business mentor, podcaster, and guide for healers and intuitive business owners who want to create meaningful businesses that genuinely support both their work and their lives.
I’m originally from Sweden, but these days I live in the far north of New Zealand, in the bush outside of Kaitaia, where I run an international business while homeschooling our two teenage boys with my husband.
I believe there are many different ways to build a meaningful life and business, and that success should feel aligned with who you are, not disconnected from it.

The life I thought I was supposed to want
For a long time, I tried to follow the path I believed I was supposed to want.
I got the education, built the career, got married, had children, bought the house and the Volvo (it was in Sweden). On paper, everything looked good. But deep down, something felt off.
I remember feeling ashamed of not being happy when I already had so much.
But eventually I realised that what I truly wanted wasn’t wrong. It was simply different.
That realisation changed everything.
Over the years, healing work, Family & Systemic Constellations, coaching, and other modalities helped me clear away many of the things I had been carrying. They helped me reconnect with myself, trust my intuition, and create a life that actually felt aligned with who I am.
And that journey completely changed the way I see business, success, visibility, and leadership.
Building differently
I don’t believe there is one right way to build a business or live a meaningful life.
I believe many healers and sensitive people have spent years trying to fit themselves into systems that were never truly designed for them. And I believe the world needs more people who are willing to build differently.
Not only for themselves, but for the people they are here to help.
That’s what The Healing Business Revolution is really about.
Creating healing businesses that are sustainable, meaningful, and aligned with the lives we actually want to live.
Businesses built on connection, individuality, trust, and meaningful contribution rather than pressure, performance, and trying to keep up with the noise online.
I believe healers, intuitive practitioners, and thoughtful leaders are helping shape a different future. One where people reconnect with themselves, with each other, and with more meaningful ways of living and working.
And I believe many people are here to lead that change in their own unique way.
How I support people
Through my podcast, mentorship, business support, and transformational work, I support healers and intuitive business owners in becoming more visible, trusting themselves more deeply, and building businesses in ways that feel genuine, sustainable, and alive.
My work blends grounded practical support with deeper transformational work, including Family Constellations and healing modalities that help uncover the hidden patterns that can keep people stuck, invisible, disconnected from themselves, or afraid to fully step into their work.
Because often, the thing keeping people stuck is not a lack of information.
It’s fear.
Self-doubt.
Old identities.
Protective patterns.
Or the belief that they need to become someone else in order to succeed.
I’m not interested in helping people force themselves into another formula.
I’m interested in helping people reconnect with who they already are and build from there.
Because I believe people become far more powerful when they stop trying to fit in and start allowing themselves to fully step into the work they are actually here to do.
I believe there are many different ways to build a meaningful life and business.
I believe your business should support your life, not consume it.
I believe visibility does not have to mean becoming louder or performing online.
I believe people don’t need another cookie-cutter formula. They need support, clarity, and permission to trust themselves.
I believe healing businesses have an important role to play in the future of how we live, work, and care for one another.
And I believe you are allowed to build differently.
