Hi, I’m Frida Kabo
I’m a Business Constellation Facilitator, Business Mentor, podcaster and endlessly curious human.
I’m originally from Sweden and now live in the far north of New Zealand, where I work with people both locally and around the world.
And there’s one question I keep coming back to:
What really makes a business work?
There are the things we can see.
The offers. The marketing. The money. The strategy. The systems.
And then there’s everything underneath.
The patterns we repeat. Our relationships with money, visibility and success. The systems we belong to. The decisions we make without quite knowing why.
That’s the territory I’m increasingly interested in exploring.
Not instead of practical business strategy, but alongside it.
Because sometimes the answer really is a better offer, clearer messaging or a more effective strategy.
And sometimes, something else is going on.

How did I end up here?
I’m originally from Sweden, but these days I live in the far north of New Zealand, in the bush outside Kaitaia, where I run my business while homeschooling our two teenage boys with my husband.
My path here has been anything but straight.
For a long time, I followed the life I thought I was supposed to want.
I got the education, built the career, got married, had children, bought the house and the Volvo. It was Sweden, after all.
On paper, everything looked good.
But something didn’t feel right.
I remember feeling ashamed that I wasn’t happier when I already had so much.
Eventually, I realised that what I wanted wasn’t wrong.
It was simply different.
That realisation changed the direction of my life.
Over the years, healing work, Family & Systemic Constellations, coaching, entrepreneurship and a whole lot of experimenting have changed the way I understand people, business and success.
And perhaps most importantly, they’ve made me very curious about what sits underneath the things we can see.
The question I’m exploring now
I’ve spent years supporting healers and practitioners with their businesses.
I’ve helped people get clear on what they do, bring their ideas, offers and websites into the world, become more visible and move through the places where they feel stuck.
And I’ve become increasingly fascinated by a question:
Why do some businesses work, while others seem to stay stuck despite doing all the “right” things?
I don’t think there’s one simple answer.
That’s why I’m exploring it.
Through Business Constellations, mentoring, conversations with other practitioners, my podcast and my own business, I’m looking more closely at what really shapes a business.
The visible and the invisible.
The practical and the human.
The strategy and what sits underneath it.
I’m not interested in proving that everything is systemic, or that strategy doesn’t matter.
I’m interested in discovering what actually makes a difference.
How I work
My work currently centres around Business Constellations and business mentoring, including Healing Business Foundations.
Business Constellations give us a way to explore a business question from a different perspective, particularly when the obvious solutions haven’t shifted something.
My mentoring brings that deeper exploration together with practical business thinking, clarity and implementation.
Sometimes what’s needed is practical.
Sometimes there’s something underneath that wants our attention.
And often, it’s a combination of both.
A little more about me
Business is only one part of who I am.
I’m also a mother, wife, sister, daughter, Family & Systemic Constellation Facilitator, intuitive and artist. I sing. I love exploring things that don’t always fit neatly into boxes.
I’m interested in people, creativity, healing, relationships, business and the often surprising connections between them.
I don’t know exactly where all of this exploration will lead.
And right now, I quite like that.
