Hi, I’m Frida Kabo
I believe we should all have the freedom to be fully ourselves.
To build businesses that work for us.
To create lives that feel like ours.
To use our gifts, follow our curiosity and question the ideas we've inherited about what success is supposed to look like.
And I believe we're allowed to find our own way there.
Not without strategy.
Not without support.
And definitely not by pretending we have all the answers.
But by exploring what actually works, for the business, for the people we serve, and for the human being creating it.
That's the kind of work I love.
I didn't know what I wanted.
I just knew something didn't feel right.
I'd done the things I thought I was supposed to do.
I got the education, built the career, got married, had children, bought the house and the Volvo.
It was Sweden, after all.
From the outside, I had created the life I was supposed to want.
But on the inside something felt wrong.
And the hardest part was that I couldn't tell you what I wanted instead.
I didn't have a big dream or a clear vision for a different life.
I just knew this wasn't it.
So I started exploring.
Not because I knew where I was going.
Because I needed to find out.
That exploration eventually took my family and me from Sweden to the beautiful bush in the far far north of New Zealand, where we homeschool our children and have created a life that works for us.
Not because our way is the right way.
It's simply our way.
And somewhere along the way, I learned something I still come back to:
You don't have to know where you're going to start paying attention to what isn't working.
Sometimes that's enough to begin.
My path through business has been an exploration too.
I have a Master's in Business Administration, specialising in Service Management, and I've spent more than a decade in the online business world.
I've been a coach and business mentor.
I've also been the VA behind the scenes, working with websites, technology, systems and all the practical pieces that turn ideas into an actual business.
I've created programs, supported business owners and built my own team.
And then my curiosity took me somewhere else.
I trained in Family Constellations and began exploring how the relationships, patterns and systemic dynamics we carry can also show up in business.
All of that has changed the way I work.
Because when you bring me a business question, I don't automatically assume I know where the answer is.
Sometimes we need strategy. Sometimes we need to look somewhere else.
Maybe your offer needs changing.
Maybe your positioning isn't clear.
Maybe your systems and technology are making your business far more complicated than it needs to be.
Maybe you've become the bottleneck.
Maybe there's a pattern that keeps repeating no matter how many practical changes you make.
Or maybe there's something you want to create and you haven't quite found the shape of it yet.
This is where all the different parts of my experience come together.
Strategy.
Systems + technology.
The deeper human and systemic layers.
I don't see these as competing ways of working.
They're different doors we can open.
And we don't necessarily know which one will be useful until we start exploring what's actually happening.
What can you expect from me?
I won't sit on the sidelines and make you figure everything out yourself.
I'll bring my experience.
I'll ask questions.
I'll notice patterns and connections.
I'll challenge assumptions.
I'll share what I see.
And when I think something simply makes good business sense, I'll tell you.
But I'm not here to decide what your business—or your life—should look like.
I'm here to help you explore what works for you.
Because the goal isn't to replace somebody else's rules with mine.
It's to help you create something that makes sense for your business, your clients and the life you actually want to live.
And yes, I'm still exploring too.
I'm still curious about business and why some things work for one person and not another.
About family systems and the things we carry without realizing it.
About technology and how it can make business simpler rather than more complicated.
About voice, sound and singing.
About creativity.
About what happens when we stop trying to have everything figured out and give ourselves permission to discover as we go.
I don't think exploration is something we finish.
I think it's part of being alive.
