Family Constellations is a powerful experiential process that helps us see the hidden dynamics shaping our relationships, patterns, and sense of belonging. When brought into the light, what once felt heavy or confusing can begin to soften.
This full-day workshop offers space to explore what lives beneath the surface, personally, relationally, and systemically, in a safe and supported environment.

I trained with Tracy in 2024 and now have the opportunity to deepen my knowledge by assisting with this training.
This training is experiential and combines theory, practice, sharing, and support. You will also be birthing your own drum as a powerful resource for your constellation work and self-care.
