There's something different about exploring a question together.
I host online and in-person workshops where we can slow down, get curious and explore what's happening—from what we can already see to the patterns, relationships and dynamics we might not have noticed yet.
Some gatherings focus on business. Others on family, relationships, money, voice or whatever is asking to be explored.
You don't need any previous experience with constellation work to join.
Come as you are, with what you're curious about.
The Yoni Voice: Sharing the Wisdom of the Waters
A weekend to pause, reconnect and be nourished in a circle of women. Together, we’ll explore the wisdom of our bodies, our voices, boundaries and relationships, creating space for greater awareness, connection and freedom.
Through Family Constellations, embodiment, voice and shared connection, this is an invitation to listen more deeply to yourself and what is ready to emerge in this next season of your life.
Frida Kabo will be assisting Tracy Cartwright throughout this retreat.

Visibility & Taking Your Place
What happens when you allow yourself to be seen?
In this workshop, we'll explore visibility and taking your place in your business.
We might explore questions like:
What happens when I'm more visible?
Do I feel able to fully take my place in my business?
Is there a part of me that wants to be seen and another part that would rather stay hidden?
What happens when I imagine my business becoming more visible or successful?
What would taking my place look like for me?
You don't need to have answers to these questions.
They're simply places we might begin.
