Family and Business Constellations offer a different way to explore the patterns, relationships and dynamics that may be influencing what's happening in your life or business.
You don't need to know what's underneath it before you begin.

A DIFFERENT WAY OF LOOKING
Sometimes we can understand a situation logically and still feel as though there's something we can't quite see.
Constellation work gives us another way to explore.
Instead of looking only at the individual, we widen the view to include the relationships and systems we're part of.
That might be a family.
A business.
A team.
A relationship.
Clients.
Money.
Work.
Or something else entirely.
Within a constellation, elements of the situation can be represented so we can begin to see relationships, patterns and dynamics from a different perspective.
The intention isn't to tell you what your situation means or give you another answer you're supposed to believe.
It's to become curious about what we might discover when we look at it differently.
WHAT CHANGES WHEN WE WIDEN THE VIEW?
WE DON'T ARRIVE HERE ALONE.
Constellation work didn't begin with me.
And in many ways, it didn't begin with a named modality either.
I like to acknowledge the people of the fire, all those who came before us who gathered together, shared stories, witnessed one another, and understood that we belong to something larger than ourselves.
Family Constellations as we know them today were developed by Bert Hellinger, drawing on different therapeutic, systemic and lived influences. Since then, the work has continued to evolve through facilitators, teachers and communities around the world.
My own path into this work has been deeply shaped by my teacher, Tracy Cartwright, with whom I trained as a Family Constellations facilitator and have continued to learn, work and assist.
I also serve on the board of Aotearoa New Zealand Constellations Incorporated (ANZCI), supporting the wider constellation community here in Aotearoa.
For me, acknowledging where our work comes from matters.
Constellations remind us that none of us arrives here alone.
We belong to families, communities, cultures and histories.
We stand on what came before us.
And I want to bring that same respect to the way I hold this work.

Especially when the business is yours.
You bring yourself into your business.
Your experiences.
Relationships.
Ideas about work and money.
Ways of taking responsibility.
Responses to visibility, success, failure, belonging and change.
That doesn't mean every business problem comes from your family system.
Sometimes you need a better strategy.
Sometimes you need different systems or practical support.
And sometimes there's something happening underneath the obvious business question that's worth exploring.
That's why I work with both Family Constellations and Business Constellations.
A business question can sometimes take us somewhere personal.
A personal or family pattern can sometimes appear in business.
We don't have to decide where the question belongs before we begin.
THE PRACTICAL AND THE DEEPER BOTH MATTER.
I came to Constellations with a background in business and coaching.
I have a Master's in Business Administration and more than a decade of experience across online business, coaching, strategy, websites, technology, systems and team support.
And I've learned that not everything needs to become a deeper question.
Sometimes the answer really is practical.
At the same time, there are moments when strategy alone doesn't seem to explain what is happening.
I don't believe we have to choose between these worlds.
My work often lives somewhere in the intersection.
We can respect what makes sense practically while staying curious about what else might be happening.

There isn't one right way to experience this work.
You can join me online, come to an in-person workshop in the Far North, or explore something privately one-to-one.
ONLINE BUSINESS CONSTELLATION WORKSHOPS
A monthly online workshop where we explore business questions through a systemic lens.
You might bring your own business question, participate as a representative, or experience the work through witnessing and being part of the group.

Private Constellations give us dedicated time to explore a personal, family or business question one-to-one.
