1:1 Family & Systemic Constellations

Sometimes the challenges we experience in life, relationships, business, visibility, money, or wellbeing are connected to dynamics that sit beneath the surface of our awareness.

Family & Systemic Constellations offer a way of exploring those hidden patterns with curiosity, compassion, and respect.

Together we'll explore what is seeking to be seen, acknowledged, or understood, creating space for new insights, movement, and possibilities to emerge.

This is a 2-hour session and may include:

• Exploring the challenge or pattern you are experiencing

• Looking at relevant family, business, or systemic dynamics

• Grounding and resourcing practices

• A constellation process guided by what emerges in the field
