Each month, we'll take a different business theme and explore it through exercises and constellation work.
You don't need to know exactly what you want to explore before you come.

EVERY WORKSHOP IS AN EXPLORATION.
Each month, we'll explore a different theme in business.
But we won't only talk about it.
We'll explore it experientially.
I might guide you through an individual exercise, invite you to work with another participant, work with the whole group, use representatives, facilitate shorter pieces of constellation work, or work with one or more individual constellations.
The exact shape of each workshop will depend on the theme, the group and what comes up while we're working together.
Sometimes an individual constellation may become a big part of the workshop.
Sometimes the exercises themselves may be where the most interesting exploration happens.
You don't need to have your own constellation to participate fully.
You might be exploring your own business, representing in someone else's constellation, witnessing what happens or simply noticing what resonates with you.
Every workshop will be a little different. That's part of the exploration.

What happens when you allow yourself to be seen?
In this workshop, we'll explore visibility and taking your place in your business.
We might explore questions like:
What happens when I'm more visible?
Do I feel able to fully take my place in my business?
Is there a part of me that wants to be seen and another part that would rather stay hidden?
What happens when I imagine my business becoming more visible or successful?
What would taking my place look like for me?
You don't need to have answers to these questions.
They're simply places we might begin.
GIVING, RECEIVING & MONEY

Money is part of business.
But so are giving, receiving and the exchange between us and the people we work with.
In this workshop, we'll explore our relationship with all of it.
We might explore questions like:
How comfortable am I with receiving?
What happens when I give more than I receive?
What happens when I imagine receiving more?
What place does money have in my business?
How does the exchange between me and my clients feel?
Again, we're not looking for the "right" answers.
We're getting curious about what we notice.

As the year comes to an end, there can be a lot of pressure to decide what next year should look like.
Goals. Plans. Strategies. Resolutions.
What if we don't start there?
In this workshop, we'll create some space to look at what's ending, what's continuing and what might be beginning.
We might explore:
What feels complete?
What am I ready to leave behind?
What wants to continue?
What would I like to give more space to?
Is something new beginning to emerge?
What happens when I look towards the year ahead?
You don't have to know what comes next.
We can get curious first.
COME AS YOU ARE.
You don't need any previous experience with Family or Business Constellations.
You don't need to understand how constellation work works before you join.
And you don't need to arrive with the perfect question.
I'll guide the group through that month's theme and explain what we're doing as we go.
Depending on the workshop, you might explore something individually, work with another participant, represent something for someone else, witness an individual constellation or have your own question explored.
Not everyone will have an individual constellation.
You don't need one to take part in the workshop.
The exercises, representing, witnessing and noticing your own responses are all part of the experience.
Please allow up to three hours for the workshop. Depending on the size of the group and what we explore together, we may finish earlier.
Workshop times are shown in New Zealand time. If you're joining from elsewhere in the world, please check what that time is where you are before booking.
Please join from somewhere you can be reasonably private and present.
Because people may share personal experiences during the workshop, I also ask everyone to respect each other's privacy and not share another participant's personal story outside the group.

HI, I'M FRIDA.
I'm a business mentor and Family Constellations facilitator.
For more than a decade, I've worked in the world of online business across coaching, strategy, websites, technology, systems, implementation and team support.
I have a Master's in Business Administration and trained as a Family Constellations facilitator with Tracy Cartwright. I've continued to learn, work and assist within the field, and I currently serve on the governing body of Aotearoa New Zealand Constellations Incorporated (ANZCI).
I love business and the freedom we can create with it.
I'm also curious about the relationships, patterns and dynamics that can influence what's happening.
Sometimes we need strategy. Sometimes we need practical support. And sometimes it's useful to look at the business from a completely different perspective.
I believe there's room for all of it.
