- A Healing Business Constellation Workshop
Money isn't just practical.
It's emotional.
It's relational.
And often deeply connected to the family system we grew up in.
Many of the struggles we experience around money aren't simply about budgeting, pricing, or earning more. They can be connected to unconscious loyalties, inherited beliefs, loss, survival, belonging, and what we learned was possible.
In this experiential online workshop, we'll gently explore the hidden dynamics that may be influencing your relationship with money and create space for a new way forward.
What is a Healing Business Constellation?
A Healing Business Constellation is a guided systemic process that explores the hidden relationships between you, your business, your clients, money, visibility, and the deeper patterns that may be influencing your growth.
Rather than focusing only on strategies or symptoms, we look beneath the surface to uncover what is seeking attention. As hidden dynamics become visible, new perspectives, movement, and possibilities often emerge naturally.
The intention isn't to fix you or your business. It's to create greater awareness, alignment, and connection, allowing you to build a business that supports both your purpose and your life.
What we'll do together
We'll begin with a gentle reflection and exercise before moving into constellation work together.
One or two participants will receive a personal constellation, while everyone participates through representing, observing, reflecting, and experiencing the wider field of the work.
You don't need to be in the constellation to receive insight. Again and again, participants discover that someone else's constellation reflects something in their own life.
No previous experience is needed.
This month we'll explore...
Our relationship with money is rarely just about numbers.
Together we'll explore questions such as:
What stories about money did I inherit?
Is there something I'm unconsciously loyal to?
What does receiving feel like in my body?
Is success connected to guilt, responsibility, or belonging?
What new relationship with money is ready to emerge?
Every constellation is unique, so we'll stay open to whatever wants to be seen.

After years of witnessing the power of constellation work in people's personal lives, I've become deeply curious about how these same systemic principles influence our businesses, our leadership, our visibility, and our relationship with money.
