Sometimes the challenges we experience in business are not only about strategy, visibility, or knowing what to do next.
Sometimes there are deeper dynamics underneath the surface.
Patterns we carry.
Roles we have learned to hold.
Ways of relating to success, money, leadership, visibility, or receiving support.
Experiences connected to family, systems, identity, belonging, or the generations before us.
Family and systemic constellations help us gently explore these deeper layers by bringing the issue outside of ourselves so we can begin to see what may actually be happening underneath.
And when awareness shifts, things often begin to shift in our lives as well.
Sometimes subtly.
Sometimes powerfully.
Always creating ripples.
What Are Family & Systemic Constellations?
Family and systemic constellations are an experiential process that helps bring awareness to unconscious patterns, dynamics, and entanglements that may be influencing our lives, relationships, work, and businesses.
This work is not about fixing yourself.
It is about seeing more clearly.
During the workshop, we will use reflection exercises and constellation work to explore what may be sitting underneath the challenges, experiences, or patterns people are currently moving through.
What This Workshop May Explore
Each constellation is unique, but themes may include:
visibility and being seen
money and receiving
purpose and meaningful work
leadership
burnout and responsibility
self-worth
business growth
fear of success
belonging
relationships with clients or work
family patterns connected to work, safety, or achievement
What emerges during constellation work is often unexpected, which is why we approach this space with openness, curiosity, and care.
How The Workshop Works
This is a live online group workshop with a maximum of 15 participants.
We will begin with some gentle reflection exercises before moving into constellation work together.
One participant will receive a personal constellation during the workshop, and everyone will be involved in the experience through representing, observing, reflecting, and participating in the wider field of the work.
Even when you are not in the “hot seat,” constellation work can often create powerful insights and reflections within your own life and business.
No previous constellation experience is needed.
A Grounded Exploratory Space
I want to be honest that this is an evolving part of my work and an exploration I am deeply curious about.
This workshop is not about having all the answers or creating dramatic promises of transformation.
It is a space for reflection, awareness, exploration, and seeing differently.
A space to slow down, become curious, and notice what may be ready to shift.

Family and systemic constellations have been a meaningful part of my own healing and personal journey over the years.
Again and again, I’ve experienced how powerful it can be to step back and see the deeper dynamics, patterns, and stories we may be carrying, both personally and collectively.
More recently, I’ve become curious about how this work also connects to business, visibility, leadership, purpose, and the way we relate to work and success.
This workshop is part of that exploration.
