Join us for a day of exploration through Family Constellations as we look at our relationships with ourselves, each other and the world around us.

WE LIVE IN RELATIONSHIP.
With ourselves.
With our thoughts and feelings.
With our families and friends.
With the people we work with.
With the places we live.
With nature and the world around us.
Even the relationship between different parts of ourselves can sometimes feel complicated. Our heart may want one thing while our mind has a very different idea.
And none of these relationships exist in isolation.
How we relate can be influenced by our experiences, our families, the cultures and communities we belong to, what we've learned and the beliefs we've developed along the way.
Some relationships feel easy.
Others can leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, conflicted or wondering why we keep finding ourselves in the same place.
What might we notice if we slow down and explore the relationships that shape our lives?
During this workshop, we'll use Family Constellations and experiential exercises to get curious about what happens when we see those relationships from a different perspective.
There isn't one particular relationship you need to work on.
You might come curious about your relationship with a parent, partner or friend.
You might want to explore your relationship with yourself.
Or perhaps there's something else entirely that becomes interesting once we're together.
You don't have to know before you come.
WHAT MIGHT WE EXPLORE?
Every workshop is different because every group is different.
Family Constellations gives us a way to explore through experience rather than only talking or thinking about what's happening.
During the day, we may work with individual constellations, representatives, group exercises, personal reflection and other experiential ways of exploring the theme.
The exact shape of the day will depend on the group and what comes up while we're working together.
You don't need to have your own constellation to participate fully.
Sometimes we learn through exploring our own question. Sometimes through representing for someone else. Sometimes simply by witnessing what unfolds.
Every place in the room is part of the experience.

WHAT WILL THE DAY BE LIKE?
You don't need any previous experience with Family Constellations.
You don't need to arrive with the perfect question.
And you don't need to know exactly what you'd like to explore.
We'll begin together, introduce the work and let the day unfold from there.
There will be opportunities to participate in different ways. You may be invited to take part in exercises, represent in another person's constellation, witness the work or potentially explore something of your own.
Participation is always an invitation.
You can say yes.
You can say no.
You can notice what feels right for you.

About Your Facilitators
FRIDA KABO
Frida is a Family and Business Constellations facilitator, business strategist and coach.
Her work brings together curiosity, practical experience and systemic exploration, creating space for people to look at what's happening from different perspectives.
Frida trained in Family Constellations with Tracy Cartwright and has continued to learn, work and assist alongside her. She also serves on the board of Aotearoa New Zealand Constellations Incorporated (ANZCI).
Originally from Sweden, Frida now calls Herekino, outside Kaitaia, home.
nikki lawton
Nikki supports people to reconnect with their body and their own internal wisdom, creating more ease and authenticity in their lives.
She is passionate about personal growth and embodiment, and through her work, she weaves practical insight with intuitive awareness.
Nikki creates a safe, supportive space where people can explore, reconnect, and experience meaningful transformation.
