Spring is a beautiful time to consciously reconnect with yourself and what you need going forward.

Using the gentle and insightful modality of Family Constellations, this full-day workshop offers space to explore what life wants from you. A chance to uncover some of the hidden patterns that no longer serve you so you can spring forward with grace and joy.

This Workshop May Be For You If:

  • You want to get clearer on what you’re calling in going forward

  • uncover resources and practices that nourish you

  • You notice repeating patterns in relationships or life

  • Feel stuck or unclear about your next step

  • Are curious about ancestral or systemic influences

  • Want to experience Family Constellations in a supportive group setting

About the day:

In this workshop we:
- Create a safe container to explore together
- A grounding meditation.
- Do some short exercises.
- Not all will receive individual constellations, but all will receive insights and experience the field.
- We explore together what the field wants to show us.
- And then a check out and closing of the space.

What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothing

  • A water bottle

  • A plate to share for lunch

  • Your intention (if you have one, no pressure if not)

Set an intention for what you want from the workshop, and it might come up in an exercise, your own constellation, when representing, or observing. If you are open and ready, you will go away with insights and clarity.

About Your Facilitators

FRIDA KABO

Frida supports healers and intuitive business owners to create a life and business that works for them, with more ease, alignment, and meaningful impact. After completing her Family Constellations training with Tracy Cartwright in 2024, this work became a deeply transformative part of her own journey.

She brings presence, sensitivity, and grounded leadership to the spaces she holds, supporting others to reconnect with what truly matters to them.

Frida is originally from Sweden and now calls Herekino, outside of Kaitaia, her home.

nikki lawton

Nikki supports people to reconnect with their body and their own internal wisdom, creating more ease and authenticity in their lives. She is passionate about personal growth and embodiment, and through her work, she weaves practical insight with intuitive awareness. Nikki creates a safe, supportive space where people can explore, reconnect, and experience meaningful transformation.
