IWe often carry more than we realize, old patterns, pain, and burdens that don’t actually belong to us. They may have been passed down silently through generations… unresolved grief, family secrets, or loyalties we’ve taken on without even knowing it.

Family Constellation work helps us gently uncover what’s been hidden - not just the trauma, but also the love, resilience, and deep resources that flow through our ancestral line.
This work is about acknowledging what has been, while reconnecting with the strength and support that is already within and around you.
Whether you’re feeling stuck in a pattern, facing challenges in relationships, health, or purpose - or simply curious about the unseen forces that shape your life - this process offers profound insight, energetic release, and space for healing.
At this in-person gathering, you’ll be held in a circle where:

Frida Supports healers and intuitive business owners to create more ease, abundance, and impact. In 2024 she completed the Facilitators Foundation Family Constellation training with Tracy Cartwright. Family constellations has been transformational in her personal life and she is humbly passionate about offering this work to others. She has many years experience of coaching, healing and holding space for insight.
