About the day:

In this 4-hour workshop, we:

  • Create a safe container to explore together

  • A grounding meditation.

  • Do some short exercises.

  • One or two people might get to have their own constellation. We explore together what the field wants to show us.

  • Depending on time, a finishing exercise.

  • And then a check out and closing of the space.

What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothing

  • A water bottle

  • Your intention (if you feel called to set one)

For this workshop, set an intention for what you want from the workshop, and it might come up in an exercise, your own constellation, when representing, or observing. If you are open and ready, you will go away with insights and clarity.

Note: not all will receive individual constellations, but all will receive insights and experience the field.

ABOUT FRIDA KABO

Frida supports healers and intuitive business owners to create more ease, abundance, and impact. In 2024, she completed the Facilitators Foundation Family Constellation training with Tracy Cartwright. Family constellations has been transformational in her personal life, and she is humbly passionate about offering this work to others. She has many years of experience in coaching, healing and holding space for insight.
